البيهقي:٨٧٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى أنبأ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ الْعَدَوِيَّةِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ حَلَّتِ الْعُمْرَةُ فِي السَّنَةِ كُلِّهَا إِلَّا فِي أَرْبَعَةِ أَيَّامٍ يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَيَوْمُ النَّحْرِ وَيَوْمَانِ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَهَذَا مَوْقُوفٌ وَهُوَ مَحْمُولٌ عِنْدَنَا عَلَى مَنْ كَانَ مُشْتَغِلًا بِالْحَجِّ فَلَا يُدْخِلُ الْعُمْرَةَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا يَعْتَمِرُ حَتَّى يُكْمِلَ عَمَلَ الْحَجِّ كُلَّهُ فَقَدْ أَمَرَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ وَهَبَّارَ بْنَ الْأَسْوَدِ حِينَ فَاتَ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا الْحَجُّ بِأَنْ يَتَحَلَّلَ بِعَمَلِ عُمْرَةٍ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَعْظَمُ الْأَيَّامِ حُرْمَةً أَوْلَاهَا أَنْ

يُنْسَكَ فِيهَا لِلَّهِ ﷻ
