[Machine] He used to say: "If a man touches his private parts, then it is obligatory for him to perform ablution."  

البيهقي:٦٢٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ الْعَدْلُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ أُمْسِكُ الْمُصْحَفَ عَلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ فَاحْتَكَكْتُ قَالَ سَعْدٌ لَعَلَّكَ مَسَسْتَ ذَكَرَكَ فَقُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ قُمْ فَتَوَضَّأْ فَقُمْتُ فَتَوَضَّأْتُ ثُمَّ رَجَعْتُ 629 وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا مَسَّ الرَّجُلُ ذَكَرَهُ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar used to say, "If you touch your penis you have to do wudu."

أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا مَسَّ أَحَدُكُمْ ذَكَرَهُ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa that his father used to say, "If any of you touches his penis he has to do wudu."
