[Machine] He used to, when sleep overcame him during the night, go to his bed, lie down, sleep like birds, then wake up, perform ablution, and return to prayer.  

البيهقي:٥٨٧وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا غَلَبَهُ النَّوْمُ فِي قِيَامِ اللَّيْلِ أَتَى فِرَاشَهُ فَاضْطَجَعَ فَرَقَدَ رُقَادَ الطَّيْرِ ثُمَّ يَثْبُتُ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ وَيُعَاوِدُ الصَّلَاةَ
