[Machine] Kalthum and Abu Thabit were Sulaiman ibn Habib, a judge of the people of Madinah, for thirty years, deciding by the testimony of witnesses.  

البيهقي:٢٠٦٨٩أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا كُلْثُومُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ قَالَ أَدْرَكْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ حَبِيبٍ وَالزُّهْرِيَّ يَقْضِيَانِ بِذَلِكَ يَعْنِي بِشَاهِدٍ وَيَمِينٍ قَالَ

كُلْثُومٌ وَكَانَ أَبُو ثَابِتٍ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ قَاضِي أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ثَلَاثِينَ سَنَةً يَقْضِي بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
