[Machine] About a man from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ who was accused of theft. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered for his punishment to be carried out by his right hand and a witness. Mudad followed up with this narration from Juwayriyah, saying..."  

البيهقي:٢٠٦٧١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ كَامِلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُسْتَمْلِي أنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرَّفَّاءُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ثنا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمِصْرِيِّينَ

عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَنْزِلُ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِهِمْ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يُقَالُ لَهُ سُرَّقٌ قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ تَابَعَهُ مُسَدَّدٌ عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ هَكَذَا
