البيهقي:١٩٨٨٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْفَقِيهُ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ ثنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ أنبأ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْعَالِيَةِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كُنَّا نَعُدُّ مِنَ الذَّنْبِ الَّذِي لَا كَفَّارَةَ لَهُ الْيَمِينَ الْغَمُوسَ فَقِيلَ مَا الْيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسُ؟ قَالَ

اقْتِطَاعُ الرَّجُلِ مَالَ أَخِيهِ بِالْيَمِينِ الْكَاذِبَةِ
