[Machine] Because Allah says, "And whoever Allah wants to put in hardship, you will never possess any power to soften it for him." [Quran 5:41]  

البيهقي:١٨٢٢٨وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ كَانَ اللَّيْثُ يَرَى أَنْ يُقِيمَ الْحَدَّ فِي أَرْضِ الرُّومِ؛

لَأَنَّ اللهَ ﷻ يَقُولُ {وَمَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ فِتْنَتَهُ فَلَنْ تَمْلِكَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ شَيْئًا} [المائدة 41]
