البيهقي:١٧٩٢٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ قَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ ؓ فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ ﷻ {وَلَا تُلْقُوا بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ} [البقرة 195] فِي النَّفَقَةِ أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ شُمَيْلٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ فِي هَذَا قَالَ

هُوَ تَرْكُ النَّفَقَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ
