[Machine] That the blood money for a man's eye is fifty dinars or six hundred dirhams, and the blood money for a woman is five hundred dinars or six thousand dirhams, and the blood money for her fetus is one-tenth of her blood money. Malik said, "So we see that the blood money for a slave's fetus is one-tenth the value of its mother." It is narrated from Umar ibn al-Khattab, with a broken chain of narration, that he considered the blood money for an eye to be fifty dinars.
