البيهقي:١٦٣١٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ السُّنَّةَ مَضَتْ فِي الْعَقْلِ بِأَنَّ فِي الذَّكَرِ الدِّيَةَ وَفِي الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ الدِّيَةَ 16320 قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْفِهْرِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَسْلَمَ يَقُولُ مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ

بِأَنَّ فِي الذَّكَرِ الدِّيَةَ وَفِي الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ الدِّيَةَ
