[Machine] He said: "The blood money for a killed person is increased to four thousand in the sacred months, and for a killed person in the sacred sanctuary. We have also narrated in this chapter from Ishaq ibn Yahya from Ubada ibn As-Samit about the judgment of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarding the blood money which is a hundred camels. He mentioned it and mentioned the evaluation of Umar. The blood money is twelve thousand dirhams. He said: "One-third of the blood money is added in the sacred month." And this is mentioned in the chapter of the excess of camels."  

أَنَّهُ قَالَ يُزَادُ فِي دِيَةِ الْمَقْتُولِ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَرَامِ أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافٍ وَفِي دِيَةِ الْمَقْتُولِ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَرُوِّينَا فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ فِي قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الدِّيَةِ بِمِائَةٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ فَذَكَرَهَا وَذَكَرَ تَقْوِيمَ عُمَرَ ؓ الدِّيَةَ بِاثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ قَالَ وَيُزَادُ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ فِي الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ وَذَلِكَ يَرِدُ فِي بَابِ أَعْوَازِ الْإِبِلِ
