البيهقي:١٥٧٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا أنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ كَتَبَ إِلَى أُمَرَاءِ الْأَجْنَادِ فِي رِجَالٍ غَابُوا عَنْ نِسَائِهِمْ فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَأْخُذُوهُمْ
