البيهقي:١٥٧٠٧ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ لَا يَجِدُ مَا يُنْفِقُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا قَالَ أَبُو الزِّنَادِ قُلْتُ سُنَّةً قَالَ سَعِيدٌ سُنَّةً قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَالَّذِي يُشْبِهُ قَوْلَ سَعِيدٍ سُنَّةً

أَنْ تَكُونَ سُنَّةً مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
