البيهقي:١٥٦٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي سُرَيْجٍ الرَّازِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ حَمْنَةَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ مُسْتَحَاضَةً وَكَانَ زَوْجُهَا يُجَامِعُهَا وَيُذْكَرُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّهُ أَبَاحَ وَطْأَهَا وَهُوَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَالْحَسَنِ وَعَطَاءٍ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَغَيْرِهِمْ
