البيهقي:١٥٤٠٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ قِرَاءَةً أنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ نا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ نا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَزْرَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعُرَنِيِّ أَنَّ شُرَيْحًا رُفِعَتْ إِلَيْهِ امْرَأَةٌ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا فَحَاضَتْ فِي خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ لَيْلَةً ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ الشَّعْبِيِّ فَرَفَعَ ذَلِكَ شُرَيْحٌ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ فَقَالَ

سَلُوا عَنْهَا جَارَاتِهَا فَإِنْ كَانَ حَيْضُهَا كَذَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
