[Machine] "There is a narration from the Prophet ﷺ that whenever a man has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he should give half a dinar in charity." The scholar said  

البيهقي:١٥١٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا وَقَعَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَهْلِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ  

رَوَاهُ شَرِيكٌ مَرَّةً فَشَكَّ فِي رَفْعِهِ وَرَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَذِيمَةَ وَخُصَيْفٍ فَأَرْسَلَهُ 1520 أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَذِيمَةَ وَخُصَيْفٌ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ الْحَدِيثَ خُصَيْفٌ الْجَزَرِيُّ غَيْرُ مُحْتَجٍّ بِهِ
