البيهقي:١٤٤٣٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الطُّوسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى أنبأ زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِامْرَأَةٍ أَنْ تَشْتَرِطَ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْفَأَ إِنَاءَهَا
