[Machine] If he marries her to make her permissible for himself, then this is the one who makes her permissible and he should not do so. And Allah knows best.  

البيهقي:١٤١٩٤أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ حَدَّثَهُمْ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ

إِذَا كَانَ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا لِيُحِلَّهَا لَهُ فَهَذَا الْمُحَلِّلُ وَالْمُحَلَّلُ لَهُ فَلَا يَنْبَغِي وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
