[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Arabs are competent for Arabs, and non-Arabs are competent for non-Arabs, except for (exceptions like) a tailor or a barber."  

البيهقي:١٣٧٧١أَخْبَرَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعَرَبُ لِلْعَرَبِ أَكْفَاءٌ وَالْمَوَالِي أَكْفَاءٌ لِلْمَوَالِي إِلَّا حَائِكٌ أَوْ حَجَّامٌ
