[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked by a man, and he said, "May I seek permission, O Messenger of Allah, for my mother?" He said, "Yes." So the man said, "I am with her in the house." He said, "Seek permission from her." The man said, "I am her servant." He said, "Do you like to see her naked?" He said, "No." He said, "Then seek permission from her."  

البيهقي:١٣٥٥٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ أَسْتَأْذِنُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَلَى أُمِّي؟ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ فَقَالَ إِنِّي مَعَهَا فِي الْبَيْتِ فَقَالَ اسْتَأْذِنْ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ إِنِّي خَادِمُهَا فَقَالَ أَتُحِبُّ أَنْ تَرَاهَا عُرْيَانَةً؟ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَاسْتَأْذِنْ عَلَيْهَا

Malik related to me from Safwan ibn Sulaym from Ata ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was questioned by a man who said, "Messenger of Allah, shall I ask permission of my mother to enter?" He said, "Yes " The man said, "I live with her in the house". The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said "Ask her permission." The man said, "I am her servant." The Messenger of Allah. may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Ask her permission. Do you want to see her naked?" He said, "No." He said, "Then ask her permission."  

مالك:٥٤-١حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ
