[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The owner of a monopolistic business will not enter Paradise." Yazid ibn Harun, or he said Al-Ash'ari, asked, "What about if he gives charity and donates?"  

البيهقي:١٣١٧٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَاضِي بِمَرْوَ ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ؓ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَدْخُلُ صَاحِبُ مَكْسٍ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ يَعْنِي الْعَشَّارَ  

أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي السُّنَنِ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ وَالْمَكْسُ هُوَ النُّقْصَانُ فَإِذَا كَانَ الْعَامِلُ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ يَنْتَقِصُ مِنْ حُقُوقِ الْمَسَاكِينِ وَلَا يُعْطِيهِمْ إِيَّاهَا بِالتَّمَامِ فَهُوَ حِينَئِذٍ صَاحِبُ مَكْسٍ يُخَافُ عَلَيْهِ الْإِثْمُ وَالْعُقُوبَةُ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
