[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The killer does not have a will."  

البيهقي:١٢٦٥٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْمُزَكِّي وَأَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَسْعُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ الْحِجَازِيُّ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ ثنا مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ ابْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلٍ وَصِيَّةٌ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفًّى عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ وَهُوَ مَنْسُوبٌ إِلَى وَضْعِ الْحَدِيثِ وَإِنَّمَا ذَكَرْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ لِتَعْرِفَ رِوَايَتَهُ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
