البيهقي:١٢٦١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كَانَتِ ابْنَةُ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَةً ثُمَّ إِنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ تَزَوَّجَهَا فَحُدِّثَ أَنَّهَا عَاقِرٌ لَا تَلِدُ فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُجَامِعَهَا

فَمَكَثَتْ حَيَاةَ عُمَرَ وَبَعْضَ خِلَافَةِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ لِتُشْرِكَ نِسَاءَهُ فِي الْمِيرَاثِ وَكَانَتْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهَا قَرَابَةٌ
