كَانَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ يُعْطِي الِابْنَةَ النِّصْفَ وَالْمَرْأَةَ الثُّمُنَ وَيَرُدُّ مَا بَقِيَ عَلَى الِابْنَةِ

"عَنْ سُوَيدِ بنِ غَفَلَةَ: فِى ابْنَةٍ وامْرأَةٍ وَمَوْلًى قَالَ: كَان عَلِىٌّ يُعْطِى الابْنَةَ النِّصْفَ والْمرأةَ الثُّمُنَ وَيَرُدُّ مَا بَقِىَ عَلَى الابْنَةِ".
