البيهقي:١١٢٤٣ – وَفِي رِوَايَتِهِ عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَفْلَسَ ثُمَّ وَجَدَ رَجُلٌ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا فَهُوَ أَوْلَى بِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِهِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ بِهَرَاةَ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ يَحْيَى أَبُو سَهْلٍ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ ثنا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ فَذَكَرَهُ قَالَ عَنْ عَنْ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ صَرِيحًا
