البيهقي:١١٢١٧ – وَفِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنِ الشَّافِعِيِّ قَالَ أنبأ مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ قَضَى فِيمَنِ ارْتَهَنَ نَخْلًا مُثْمِرًا فَلْيَحْسِبِ الْمُرْتَهِنُ ثَمَرَتَهَا مِنْ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ قَالَ وَذَكَرَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ شَبِيهًا بِهِ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَحْسِبُ مُطَرِّفًا قَالَ
