البيهقي:١٠٩٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الرَّفَّا ثنا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ وَعِيسَى بْنُ مِينَاءَ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَ مَنْ أَدْرَكْتُ مَنَ فُقَهَائِنَا الَّذِينَ يُنْتَهَى إِلَى قَوْلِهِمْ مَنْهُمْ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ فَذَكَرَ الْفُقَهَاءَ السَّبْعَةَ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ وَذَكَرَ أَشْيَاءَ مَنْ أَقَاوِيلِهِمْ وَفِيهَا وَكَانُوا يَقُولُونَ مَنْ تَيَمَّمَ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ وَجَدَ الْمَاءَ وَهُوَ فِي وَقْتٍ أَوْ فِي غَيْرِ وَقْتٍ فَلَا إِعَادَةَ عَلَيْهِ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ لِمَا يُسْتَقْبَلُ مَنَ الصَّلَوَاتِ وَيَغْتَسِلُ وَالتَّيَمُّمُ مَنَ الْجَنَابَةِ وَالْوُضُوءُ سَوَاءٌ وَرُوِّينَاهُ
