[Machine] To tread a vagina, but only if wished and gifted, and if desired sold, and if wished freed, there is no condition in it.

البيهقي:١٠٨٣١ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ

أَنْ يَطَأَ فَرْجًا إِلَّا فَرْجًا إِنْ شَاءَ وَهَبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ بَاعَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَعْتَقَهُ لَيْسَ فِيهِ شَرْطٌ
