[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever sells a slave, his wealth is only for the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise, and likewise."

البيهقي:١٠٧٦٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ ثنا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ عَبْدًا فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَكَذَلِكَ

رَوَاهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
