[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whichever man sells a date-palm tree that has started producing fruit, its produce belongs to its original owner (the seller), and whichever man sells a slave while still possessing wealth, his wealth belongs to his original owner (the seller), except if the buyer stipulates otherwise." Shu'bah said: "So I narrated it to him (Ibrahim al-Nakh'i) with a narration from Ayyub from Nafi' that he narrated it from the Prophet ﷺ regarding date-palm trees, and from 'Umar regarding slaves." 'Abd, the servant of his Lord, said: "I only know it from the Prophet ﷺ." Then he said it again and narrated it from the Prophet ﷺ without any doubt, and Sulaiman bin Musa narrated it from Nafi' as a marfu' (elevated) narration.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever sells a palm tree that has been pollinated and its fruits have begun to grow, the first harvest belongs to the buyer. And whoever sells a slave and he has some wealth, his wealth belongs to his previous owner, unless the buyer specifies otherwise." Shu'bah narrated it to me, and I narrated it to him from the hadith of Ayub, who narrated it from Nafi' that he narrated it from the Prophet ﷺ regarding the palm tree, and from 'Umar regarding the slave. 'Abdullah said: "I do not know both of them except from the Prophet ﷺ ." Then he said it again and narrated it from the Prophet ﷺ without any doubt.

[Machine] Narrated by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , "Whichever man sells a palm tree that has been pollinated and its fruits have appeared, the first harvest will belong to its Lord (i.e., the palm tree will belong to the buyer for the subsequent harvests) unless the buyer specifies otherwise." Umar ibn Al-Khattab also ruled, "Whichever man sells a slave who owns wealth, his wealth will belong to his Lord (i.e., the slave's wealth will transfer to the buyer) unless the buyer specifies otherwise." This was also narrated by Salim ibn Abdullah from his father from Prophet Muhammad ﷺ regarding palm trees and slaves, and this is mentioned at its proper place, InshaAllah (if Allah wills).
