[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ ordered Duba'ah bint Zubair to stipulate conditions for Hajj, and she did so by the command of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.  

البيهقي:١٠١٠٩ – وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَعِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتَ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنْ تَشْتَرِطَ فِي الْحَجِّ فَفَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيِّ
