[Machine] That woman is disobedient and disrespectful to her husband and does not obey his command, so Allah commanded to admonish her and remind her of Allah and to emphasize his rights over her. If she accepts, then all is well, but if not, then he should abandon her in bed and not speak to her without dissolving their marriage. This is a severe punishment for her. If she returns, then all is well, but if not, then he should strike her without causing severe harm, and he should not break any of her bones or injure her with a deep wound. Allah says, "But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them" (Surah An-Nisa 34). This means that if she obeys you, do not seek ways to harm her.  

تِلْكَ الْمَرْأَةُ تَنْشُزُ وَتَسْتَخِفُّ بِحَقِّ زَوْجِهَا وَلَا تُطِيعُ أَمْرَهُ فَأَمَرَ اللهُ ﷻ أَنْ يَعِظَهَا وَيُذَكِّرَهَا بِاللهِ وَيُعَظِّمَ حَقَّهُ عَلَيْهَا فَإِنْ قَبِلَتْ وَإِلَّا هَجَرَهَا فِي الْمَضْجَعِ وَلَا يُكَلِّمُهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَذَرَ نِكَاحَهَا وَذَلِكَ عَلَيْهَا شَدِيدٌ فَإِنْ رَاجَعَتْ وَإِلَّا ضَرَبَهَا ضَرْبًا غَيْرَ مُبَرِّحٍ وَلَا يَكْسِرُ لَهَا عَظْمًا وَلَا يَجْرَحُ لَهَا جُرْحًا قَالَ {فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلَا تَبْغُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيلًا} [النساء 34] يَقُولُ إِذَا أَطَاعَتْكَ فَلَا تَتَجَنَّ عَلَيْهَا الْعِلَلَ
