41. Chapter
٤١۔ كِتَابُ الْقَسَمِ وَالنُّشُوزِ
[Machine] Ali said, "If a free woman marries a slave, she will have two-thirds, and the slave will have one-third." And Abu Muhammad informed us, Abu Saeed narrated to us from Saadanan, who narrated from Sufyan, who narrated from Yahya ibn Sa'id, who narrated from Saeed ibn Al-Musayyib, the same statement.
قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ إِذَا نُكِحَتِ الْحُرَّةُ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ فَلِهَذِهِ الثُّلُثَانِ وَلِهَذِهِ الثُّلُثُ 14751 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ أنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ نا سَعْدَانُ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ مِثْلَهُ
[Machine] "That the free woman, when residing in a rented house, is entitled to two days, while the slave woman is entitled to one day. Abu Hazim Al-Hafiz informed us, I am Abu Al-Fadl Bin Khumayrawayh, told me Ahmad Bin Najdah, told me Sa'id Bin Mansur, narrated to me Abdul Rahman Bin Abi Al-Zinad, who informed me through my father, about Suleiman Bin Yasar, who mentioned it."
أَنَّ الْحُرَّةَ إِذَا أَقَامَتْ عَلَى ضِرَارٍ فَلَهَا يَوْمَانِ وَلِلْأَمَةِ يَوْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خُمَيْرَوَيْهِ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ فَذَكَرَهُ
