[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The intelligence of a camel is stubborn like the intelligence of a camel, and its owner should not be killed. And whoever carries weapons against us is not from us, and will not be observed on the path."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ عَقْلُ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ مُغَلَّظَةٌ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الْعَمْدِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ صَاحِبُهُ وَمَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَلَا رَصَدَ بِطَرِيقٍ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever takes up arms against us, is not from us." (Using translation from Bukhārī 7070)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَلَا رَصَدَ بِطَرِيقٍ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ عَلَى غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ شِبْهُ الْعَمْدِ وَعَقْلُهُ مُغَلَّظٌ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ صَاحِبُهُ وَهُوَ كَالشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ لِلْحُرْمَةِ وَالْجِوَارِ
"عَقْل شِبهِ الْعَمدِ مُغَلّظٌ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الْعَمْدِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ صَاحبُهُ".
