[Machine] "Indeed, religion is not about engaging in (mere) recitation of prayers late at night, but rather, religion is about being cautious and conscientious."  

الزهد لأحمد:٦٦٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ وَجَدتُ هَذَا الحَدِيثَ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي بِخَطِّ يَدِهِ حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ قَالَ

«إِنَّ الدِّينَ لَيْسَ بِالطَّنْطَنَةِ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ وَلَكِنَّ الدِّينَ الْوَرَعُ»
