[Machine] Someone informed me that they saw Umar (may Allah have mercy on him) throwing stones at the Jamrah while wearing a patched loincloth with a piece of leather.  

الزهد لأحمد:٦٤٣حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أبِي حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ

أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ رَأَى عُمَرَ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ يَرْمِي الْجَمْرَةَ وَعَلَيْهِ إِزَارٌ مَرْقُوعٌ بِرُقْعَةٍ مِنْ أَدِيمٍ
