الزهد لأحمد:١٩٢٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هَاشِمٍ زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا [267] عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَجْلَانَ حَدَّثَنِي بَشِيرٌ قَالَ جَاءَ سَائِلٌ يَسْأَلَ عَلَى بَابِ الرَّبِيعِ فَقَالَ أَطْعِمُوا هَذَا السَّائِلَ سُكَّرًا فَقَالَ أَهْلُهُ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ نُطْعِمُهُ كِسْرَةً قَالَ

«أَطْعِمُوهُ سُكَّرًا فَإِنَّ الرَّبِيعَ يُحِبُّ السُّكَّرَ»
