الزهد لأحمد:١٨١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أُخْبِرْتُ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَالِكَ بْنَ دِينَارٍ يَقُولُ كَتَبَ عَابِدٌ إِلَى عَابِدٍ أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَكَيْفَ أَنْتَ وَكَيْفَ حَالُكَ؟ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ «أَمَا كَانَ فِي حَالِكَ مَا يَشْغَلُكَ عَنْ حَالِي» 1814 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ
