ahmad-zuhd:1386ʿAbdullāh from my father > Hārūn > Ḍamrah > al-Sarī b. Yaḥyá > ʿAbdullāh b. Ghālib Laqad Dhahab al-Ṭāʿūn al-a neighborif Bibanī And Mā Shabiʿt from Ḥadīthihim Ammā al-Nahār Fakamā Tarawn

[Machine] And he used to pray between Dhuhr and Asr, and between Maghrib and Isha, glorifying Allah abundantly. As for the night, I say to you: Wake up, O your mother!  

الزهد لأحمد:١٣٨٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ عَنِ السَّرِيِّ بْنِ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ غَالِبٍ لَقَدْ ذَهَبَ الطَّاعُونُ الْجَارِفُ بِبَنِيَّ وَمَا شَبِعْتُ مِنْ حَدِيثِهِمْ أَمَّا النَّهَارَ فَكَمَا تَرَوْنَ قَالَ

وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي فِيمَا بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَمَا بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ [201] يُسَبِّحُ تَسْبِيحًا كَثِيرًا دَائِمًا وَأَمَّا اللَّيْلَ فَأَقُولُ الْحَقُوا بِأُمِّكُمْ
