[Machine] We smelled a pleasant smell from the dust of his grave, a pleasant smell from all the good smells. He said, "The son of Ghaleb hardly ever speaks except to say, 'Glory be to Allah, all praise is for Allah, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the greatest.' And he sends blessings upon our master Muhammad. If he is asked about something, he answers and then returns to this speech."  

الزهد لأحمد:١٣٨٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى الْعَنَزِيّ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَوَارِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ قُتِلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ غَالِبٍ وَوُضِعَ عَلَى قَبْرِهِ وَسُوِّيَ عَلَيْهِ التُّرَابُ قَالَ

فَشَمِمْنَا مِنْ تُرَابِ قَبْرِهِ رَائِحَةً طَيِّبَةً مِنْ جَمِيعِ الطِّيبِ قَالَ وَكَانَ ابْنُ غَالِبٍ لَا يَكَادُ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فَإِنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ أَجَابَ ثُمَّ عَادَ إِلَى هَذَا الْكَلَامِ
