ahmad-zuhd:1310ʿAbdullāh from my father > Abū Muʿāwiyah al-Ghalābī > a man from Banī Tamīm

[Machine] Al-Ahnaf said, "There is no credibility for a liar, no tranquility for an envious person, no companionship for a miser, no support for someone with bad manners, and no brotherhood for a lazy person."  

الزهد لأحمد:١٣١٠حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ الْغَلَابِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ قَالَ

الْأَحْنَفُ «لَا مُرُوءَةَ لِكَذَّابٍ وَلَا رَاحَةَ لِحَسُودٍ وَلَا خُلَّةَ لَبَخِيلٍ وَلَا سُؤْدُدَ لِسَيِّئِ الْخُلُقِ وَلَا إِخَاءَ لِمَلُولٍ»
