tabarani:2217Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥaḍramī > ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > Jarīr > Mughīr > Kharaj

[Machine] Jarir and Adiyy ibn Hatim and Hanzala al-Katib left Kufa and went to Qirqisiya. They said, "We don't stay in a town where Uthman is cursed."  

الطبراني:٢٢١٧حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرٍ قَالَ

خَرَجَ مِنَ الْكُوفَةِ جَرِيرٌ وَعَدِيُّ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ وَحَنْظَلَةُ الْكَاتِبُ إِلَى قِرْقِيسِيَا وَقَالُوا «لَا نُقِيمُ فِي بَلْدَةٍ يُشْتَمُ فِيهَا عُثْمَانُ ؓ »
