مَا أَسْنَدَتْ أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أُمِّهِ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ

[Machine] His mother, Umm Al-Fadl bint Al-Harith, informed him that she heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reciting "Al-Mughrib and Al-Mursalat" regularly, and he would continue praying until Allah took him.  

الطبراني:٢١٥٨٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ثنا عَمِّي ثنا أَبِي عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ أُمَّهُ أُمَّ الْفَضْلِ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا «سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْمُرْسَلَاتِ عُرْفًا ثُمَّ مَا صَلَّى حَتَّى قَبَضَهُ اللهُ ﷻ»
