صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ شَيْبَةَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ الْحَجَبِيَّةُ

[Machine] I went to Safiyyah bint Shaybah, an elderly woman, and asked her, "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ marry her while he was in a state of ihram?" She said, "No, he married her and they were both permissible."  

الطبراني:٢١٢٨٠حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ قَالَ

أَتَيْتُ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ شَيْبَةَ امْرَأَةً كَبِيرَةً فَقُلْتُ لَهَا أَتَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ؟ قَالَتْ «لَا وَلَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُمَا حَلَالَانِ»
