[Machine] "He (Ali) prayed the day of Siffin against Ammar ibn Yasir and Hashim ibn Utba, and Ammar was closer to Ali, and Hashim was closer to the Qibla."  

الطبراني:١٨٧٢٧حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ هَارُونَ ثنا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ

«صَلَّى عَلِيٌّ يَوْمَ صِفِّينَ عَلَى عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ وَهَاشِمِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ وَكَانَ عَمَّارُ أَقْرَبَهُمَا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ وَكَانَ هَاشِمُ أَقْرَبَهُمَا إِلَى الْقِبْلَةِ»
