Yahya related to me from Malik from Ismail ibn Muhammad ibn Said ibn Abi Waqqas from a mawla of Amr ibn al-As or of Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The prayer of one of you sitting down is only equal to half the prayer of one of you when he is standing."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ صَلاَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ وَهُوَ قَاعِدٌ مِثْلُ نِصْفِ صَلاَتِهِ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet (saw): "The prayer of the sitting person is half of the prayer of the standing person."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ

[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: The prayer of the sitting person is half of the prayer of the standing person."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ نِصْفُ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The prayer of the sitting person is half the prayer of the standing person."

(Note: This is a translation of a Hadith, a saying of Prophet Muhammad, and the phrase "ﷺ " is used to show respect for him.)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The prayer of a man while sitting is like half of his prayer while standing."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ صَلَاةُ الرَّجُلِ جَالِسًا مِثْلُ نِصْفِ صَلَاتِهِ قَائِمًا

“The prayer of one who sits down is equivalent to half of the prayer of one who stands.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1230)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The prayer of the one sitting is half the prayer of the one standing."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَاةُ الْجَالِسِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Pray the prayer at its prescribed time."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ صَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا

Messenger of Allah said: "Salatul-Wusta is the Asr prayer." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 181)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «صَلَاةُ الْوُسْطَى صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Prayer while sitting is equivalent to half of the prayer while standing."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى مِثْلِ نِصْفِ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The sitting prayer is equivalent to half of the standing prayer."

عَنْ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ»

[Machine] "The prayer of a seated person is half the prayer of a standing person."

«صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ نِصْفُ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ»

"صَلاةُ القَاعِدِ على مثلِ نِصْف صَلاةِ القائم".

"صَلاةُ القاعد على النصف من صلاة القائم".

"صَلاَةُ القَاعد عَلى النِّصْفِ منْ صَلاَةِ القَائِم".
