[Machine] I stayed at my aunt's, Maimuna bint Al-Harith, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ. I said to myself, "I will observe the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and see how he performs it." He came from the mosque and entered the side of the house to fulfill his need, then he went to the nearest spot and released the straps of his sandals. He washed his face and hands, then he took his bed and stayed there as long as Allah willed. Then he stood up and came to the side of the house, then he came to the nearest spot and released the straps of his sandals. Then he performed ablution, a perfect ablution in between two ablutions, not exceeding the amount of water used in ablution, even though he had poured water generously. Then he came to the mosque and said, "I did as he did," then I stood to his left and he held my hand and extended it from behind me, and he made me stand to his right. He prayed eight units of prayer and concluded with three units of Witr. Then he performed two units of prayer and said, "O Allah, grant me light in my heart, light in my hearing, light in my sight, light in my hair, light in my skin, light in my flesh, light in my blood, light in front of me, light behind me, light to my right, light to my left, light beneath me, and light above me. O Allah, grant me light, make me light, and magnify the light for me."
[Machine] I stayed at my aunt Maymuna's house, and I watched the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to see how much he prayed. He stood for a while, then he approached the pitcher, untied his waistcloth, poured water into a basin or jug, and washed his face and arms. Then he slept for a while, then he woke up and performed a beautiful ablution between the two ablutions. He stood up to pray, and I approached and stood on his left side. He took hold of me and moved me to his right side, completing the Prophet's prayer ﷺ during the night with thirteen rak'ahs. Then he slept, and his sleep was known by his breath. He slept until he snored, then he got up to perform the prayer. During his prayer or supplication, he used to say, "O Allah, make light in my hearing, light in my sight, light in my heart, light on my right, light on my left, light in front of me, light behind me, light above me, light below me, and make light for me."
[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated both of them from Malik bin Anas from Makhrama bin Sulaiman from Kurayb that Ibn Abbas informed him that he stayed overnight at his aunt Maimuna's house. He said, "She laid down on the width of the bed and the Prophet ﷺ and his family laid down on its length. The Prophet ﷺ slept until the middle of the night or a little before or after it. Then he woke up and sat down. He wiped the sleep off his face with his hands. Then he recited the last ten verses of Surah Al-Imran. Then he stood up and performed ablution from a hanging water-skin. He made his ablution perfectly, then he stood up to pray. I imitated what he did. Then I went and stood by his side. He placed his hand on my head and took hold of my earlobe, and twisted it. He prayed two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs, and, finally, two more rak'ahs. Then he prayed Witr and lay down until the Mu'adhdhin came to him and he stood up and prayed two light rak'ahs. Then he prayed Fajr."
[Machine] I remained with Maymuna and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was with her that night. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution and stood up to pray, so I moved away from his left side. He took hold of me and placed me on his right side, and he prayed thirteen units of prayer that night. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ slept until he snored. When the Mu'adhdhin came to him, he got up and performed prayer without performing ablution.
[Machine] My father sent me to the Prophet ﷺ with a gift. So I went to him while he was in the house of Maymuna, and he made me lie down on a cushion until it was half the night. Then he stood up, looked at the sky, and recited the last verse of Surah Al Imran, "Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth." He completed the recitation and then went to a container of suspended water, performed ablution, and washed himself. He did not spill much water, only a little. Then he motioned for me to stand up and I stood up and performed ablution. I stood to his left, and he turned me around, so I stood to his right. He recited the Quran while gently blowing into my ear. He prayed ten rak'ahs and then performed the Witr prayer. Then he went to sleep. When he slept, he would blow. Bilal came to him and woke him up for prayer. He stood and performed two light rak'ahs and then went out to pray.
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "There is no one who, when they want to be intimate with their spouse, says: 'In the name of Allah, O Allah, protect us from Satan and keep Satan away from what You have blessed us with.' Then, if they are blessed with a child, Satan will not harm that child."
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The example of the one who prays with his head lowered is like the one who prays while his hands are tied."

The Prophet ﷺ entered the Kaʿba and found in it the pictures of (Prophet) Abraham and Mary. On that he said' "What is the matter with them ( i.e. Quraish)? They have already heard that angels do not enter a house in which there are pictures; yet this is the picture of Abraham. And why is he depicted as practicing divination by arrows?" (Using translation from Bukhārī 3351)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Muzdalifah is all a standing place, and stay away from the narrow area. And upon you is to collect pebbles for stoning."
We knew the finishing of the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ through takbir. 'Amr (b. Dinar) said: I made a mention of it to Abu Mas'ud. hue he rejected it and said: I never narrated it to you. 'Amr said: He did narrate it before this. (Using translation from Muslim 583b)
A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I have enlisted in the army for such-andsuch Ghazwa, and my wife is leaving for Hajj." Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Go back and perform Hajj with your wife." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3061)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man should not be alone with a woman or travel with her, except when she has a mahram (a close male relative)." A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, I intend to go for battle with such and such army and my wife is in need." He replied, "Go for Hajj with your wife."
The Prophet ﷺ said, "A woman should not travel except with a Dhu-Mahram (her husband or a man with whom that woman cannot marry at all according to the Islamic Jurisprudence), and no man may visit her except in the presence of a Dhu-Mahram." A man got up and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I intend to go to such and such an army and my wife wants to perform Hajj." The Prophet ﷺ said (to him), "Go along with her (to Hajj). (Using translation from Bukhārī 1862)

Verily you would reach a community of the people of the Book, the very first thing to which you should call them is the worship of Allah, may His Glory be Magnificent, and when they become fully aware of Allah, instruct them that He has enjoined five prayers on them during the day and the night, and when they begin observing it, then instruct them that verily Allah has made Zakat obligatory for them which would be collected from the wealthy amongst them and distributed to their needy ones, and when they submit to it, then collect it from them and avoid (the temptation) of selecting the best (items) of their riches. (Using translation from Muslim 19c)

[Machine] It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, what prevents the people of Habasha (Ethiopia) from coming to you, except that they fear you will send them back?" However, they have two good qualities: they feed the hungry and they are brave in times of distress."
