[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to place the inside of his palm on his face when making supplication.  

الطبراني:١٢٢٣٤حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا دَعَا جَعَلَ بَاطِنَ كَفِّهِ إِلَى وَجْهِهِ»

وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَسَحَ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ
