"عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَن عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ سَأَلَ عَنْ جِزْيَة الْمَجُوسِ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْف: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ يَقُولُ: سُنُوا بِهِمْ سُنَّةَ اهْلِ الْكِتَابِ".
