"عَنِ ابن شِهَابٍ قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِى المَرْأَةِ الَّتِى ضَرَبَتْ صَاحِبَتَهَا فَقَتَلَتها وَمَا فِى بَطنِهَا بِدِيَتِهَا عَلَى العَاقِلَةِ وَفِى جَنِينِهَا غُرَّة".
